"Hm, how much longer until we get there...? My legs are starting to hurt,.." Jenna mumbled.

He got up with a start. "EGG!!!" he yelled. He looked around quickly and saw that it was resting against the sign... "Oh hey there it is..." He crawled to it and picked it up. He leaned against the sign the egg in between his legs... He rubbed his eyes and yawned... "Oh man that was a good nap... maybe I should play with egg..." He said getting up. He tossed the egg high in the air and caught it with his head. He sleepily moved about, his eyes seemed closed. He entered the dance from before stumbling about trying to keep the egg on his head. He laughed sleepily apparently enjoying himself...

"Yaaay! I'm finally here!" Jenna said happily. "Time for a break..."

"Whew, lots of grass around here."
Michael and Gastly forged ahead through the bushes. He was skilled at avoiding wild Pokemon thanks to all the practice in caves and similar places, so he was not bothered on his way, although Gastly's presence might have had something to do with this. Actually, this ability might have contributed to Michael's lack of skill in battles.

"What's this? Small trees blocking my way?"
Drawing a kukri from his bag, he skillfully severed the obstacle.

"It's a good thing I have this, otherwise I'd get stuck pretty quickly."

He stopped at a nearby guard house to rest. Checking Staryu's Poke Ball, he saw that its health was up to 70%.
"Yeah...even if Staryu can recover at will, it'd be better to find a Pokemon Center. There should be one in the next city up ahead...what's it called again..."
Gastly rolled his eyes.
"Hey, you can't expect me to remember everything! Let me see...Cherrygrove City is the easiest to reach from here, I'll head there. It's not much farther."

"Heh. Hm..." Mike spotted someone over by the pokecenter. "What's with the freak with the egg on his head?"

He danced a bit more and jumped again sending the egg flying again. He opened his eyes all of a sudden brimming with energy he caught it with his foot and balanced it there. he kicked up and caught it with his other knee. it was a bit off balance and rolled off. He caught it with the other foot and kicked it higher in the air. He caught it and balanced it on his head. He started his dance again and danced toward a couple that was headed in his direction. He tripped and the egg went flying almost straight up... "WAGGH!!!" he caught himself before he landed face first and jumped up running towards where the egg was making it's descent. "I got it! i got it!!" he yelled and caught it lightly. "Phew... that's enough playtime..." he said chuckling happily cuddling the egg...

"Woah...That's pretty impressive..."

He heard a guy's voice and held the egg as if he didn't care with one arm... "Yea... i practiced with a ball. and i like messing around, and well i didn't have a ball... so i used the egg..." He laughed scratching the back of his head with his free hand. "yea I'm not that great i still screwed up and tripped up."

"You aren't afraid of damaging the egg?"

he laughed... "Not really. I've done it a bunch of times and it usually brings in some money in the bigger cities."

"Hm. Well that's a pretty good skill.....Well, it's unique anyway. What are you here for?"

Arriving at the gym Antonio see's a man standing in front of the gym wearing glasses. "hey there, So what kind of gym is this exactly?" Oh this gym is just a bunch of girls and there furry pokemon. "Hm, so I'm gonna make more girls hate me then......oh well." Antonio walks in and see's exactly what he expected. "OKAY where is the gym leader of this place, I want to challenge her to a battle; I don't want to be here any longer than I need to be."

"I don't even know. I've been moving around with this egg for a while now..." He chuckled nervously. "I'm just trying to make end's meet right now."

"Hm? Oh! Ohh...an egg. What's inside of it? Where'd you get it?"

"Heh. Sounds kinda like me. Though I bet you don't have the police on your back." He crossed his arms and looked like it was something to be proud of. "Any clue what's in the egg?"


--------------------------------Goldenrod Gym-----------

"Hm? Who's the ugly guy?" Said one of the girls in the gym, looking at the man that just walked into the gym.

"Probably some loser who thinks he can take on Whitney. Hopefully he'll just leave." Said another one of the girls next to the first.

"Hey you girls over there, did you hear me? All I want is to see this so called young and pretty gym leader and see if I can challenge her. So what will it be? Would you like to go call her for me or should I search around for her?"

"Hah!" Said the first girl. "You wouldn't stand a chance against me, let alone Whitney! You should leave now, before you get hurt!"

"How about I beat you first then I take care of that other girl you seem to praise so much, or if your scared then I can just take her on and If I lose I won't come back again alone."

"Sure! Whitney doesn't have time to waste on you, if I win, you get out of here and don't come back. If you lose, then I'll take you to see Whitney." The girl placed her hands on her hips.

"You sure about this Stephie?" Said the second girl.

"Totally. I've been itching for a battle anyway. What do you say, kid? Two pokemon, one on one at a time."

"So you agree to my terms then, sure I need to get warmed up after that nap of mine. This sounds like its going to be interesting."

"Hah! It's over for you, kid! Go! Meowth!" Stephie tossed her pokeball, and her Meowth popped out.

"Meeeeowth!" Said the pokemon.
